We were asked by Segro to come up with a masterplan for a landmark marketing suite and development of small-scale business innovation units to tie in with their wider logistics development Beam Reach working in conjunction with the GLA. We developed plans for the three sites with a variety of unit sizes in a supporting style to the Segro Brand. Our innovative idea was to create a raised marketing suite on an awkward corner of the site overlooking the Raise A13.

This demountable building was prefabricated to our design, delivered to site and handed over in 6 weeks, it can be relocated when the time arrives. The other two sites were developed as the Enterprise Quarter with an Innovation hub and Enterprise Centre provide space for growing sizes of businesses. Essentially supporting start-ups and business growth in this area of rapid expansion, the unit types can be joined and take mezzanines to flex to market demands.
